This Bose Mobile Application - Summary of Privacy Policy summarizes and applies to the data collection practices of our mobile applications, including Bose, Bose Music China, Bose Connect, and Bose Connect 博士视听 and briefly explains our data collection practices of our Bose mobile applications and products. How we collect and use personal information
The Bose data controller responsible for your information is Bose Electronics (Shanghai) Company Limited (6/F, Tower D, No. 2337 Gudai Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, 201100, China).

1. Bose Club Member registration.
In order to create or use a Bose account in the Bose or Bose Music China APP, we will collect your name, telephone number, SMS verification code, birthday and gender. We may also use this contact information to communicate with you, including keeping you posted on product software/ updates and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.

2. Connecting and using Bose products and services.
In order for you to connect and setup your Bose products with your Bose mobile app and receive and download over-the-air firmware updates for you products, we will collect information about your Bose product or software and the devices and network you connect to your Bose product or software. We may collect information about the services and content you access via your Bose product or software and usage and interaction information in order to provide the Services (e.g., connect to a streaming provider, customize your noise cancellation experience). In order to connect your Bose Bluetooth-enabled products to your Bose mobile app, we will request Bluetooth access of your device. In addition, if you choose to register your product by scanning your barcode, we will request for Camera access of your device.

3. Service improvement and business operations.
In order for us to improve our Services and maintain our business operation, we may collect information about your Bose product or software, the devices and network you connect to your Bose product or software, the services and content you access via your Bose product or software, and usage and interaction information.

4. Find My Buds.
If you use the "Find My Buds" function in the Bose mobile app, we will request your precise location information via GPS-based functionality to enabling you to locate a lost or stolen product. Please note that precise location information is sensitive personal information.

5. Push notification.
If you choose to allow push notifications, we will request for notification access on your device.

6. Personalized push notification.
If you choose to allow personalized push notifications, we will request for notification access on your device. We will send targeted and personalized information and contents to you that are tailored to your interests.

How we disclose your information
Bose may disclose your information within the Bose family of companies, third-party vendors and other third parties. Such sharing will always be conducted to the extent necessary and will not exceed or alter the purposes and means of processing that you have originally consented to or based on a non-consent legal bases.

Your controls and choices
You also have the choice to exercise the following controls regarding your information:

Limit the information you provide to us.
When you interact with us, you can choose to limit the information you provide. However, if you choose to do so, you may not be able to take advantage of many of our Services, and we may not be able to fulfill your requests.

Cancel your Bose account.
To cancel your account, please fill out our online request form or contact us as detailed in the "Bose contact information" section below. The cancellation of your account is not an automatic process. After you have verified your phone number, we will complete your request within 15 days, unless we notify you otherwise.

Others.
You may also opt out of push notifications from Bose, opt-out of cross-device tracking for advertising purposes, adjust your analytics preferences in Bose mobile applications, adjust your location collection settings, and exercise your legal rights as set out in the "Your controls and choices" section of the Bose Mobile Application Privacy Policy.
